Jo-simplify - Making a website feel like home
Web Design, SEO, Copywriting

When Joanne Langevin, founder of Jo-Simplify, reached out, she had a clear vision: she wanted her website to feel like one of her staged homes, warm, welcoming, and easy to fall in love with. Her business helps realtors and homeowners transform spaces with home staging and furniture rentals, but her current site wasn’t telling that story.

She came to me looking for a fresh start. Something simple, organic, and lead-generating. What she needed was a site that reflected her style and made it easy for visitors to take action.

So we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

Plan of Action:

The Decision:

Rather than just redesigning the visuals, I started with the story. I rewrote the About page to position Joanne not as a vendor but as a trusted partner, someone who understands what's at stake when a home needs to sell. Then I built the design around that: clean layout, clear calls to action, and before-and-after photos front and center so visitors could see the transformation, not just read about it. Every decision pointed toward one outcome: getting someone to reach out.

The Goal:

Help Joanne's home staging business attract more realtor leads online. Her existing site had her services and photos, but wasn't converting visitors into inquiries and didn't reflect the warmth and trust she builds in person.

What Happened:

The redesigned site reflects who Joanne actually is and what she does — warm, professional, and results-driven. The copy and structure work together to guide visitors from 'interesting' to 'I need to contact her.' It's the kind of site that earns trust before the first call.
